As unusual as it may seem, the restaurant of the Auberge Alsacienne is located in the heart of the Sarthe near the chateau of Le Lude. Taste some Alsatian specialties such as sauerkraut or flammekueches but also delicious regional dishes and our foie gras. Our cuisine is completely homemade.

- The large dining room restaurant 35 seats (45 in group available).
- The reception room: privacy for your family events.
